How the rental service works

The process is incredibly straightforward. Simply RENT, ROCK and RETURN. We rent our dresses to brides in all locations nationwide.

RESERVE YOUR DRESS

Choose the date you will be making use of the dress and Indicate your dress size (see UK size chart for reference)

MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

Select the rental package you want and Proceed to check out and make your payment. You will be issued a receipt. Thereafter, a customer rep will contact you to arrange a fitting date if necessary.

    How does the rental service work?

    You can rent a dress in a few simple steps. Browse our collection or visit our showroom to select a design. Provide your wedding date and dress size and proceed to make payment to confirm your booking. After this, we will take care of the rest. Your items will be drycleaned, steamed and prepared for pick up or delivery. A bridal consultant will reach out to you to discuss your booking and make necessary preparations. Rock your wedding dress with confidence on your big day and return with ease on agreed date. You do not need to dryclean the dress afterwards.

    Do I need to dry clean the dress before returning it?
    No, we will dryclean the dress before and after pickup at no extra charge.
    How long can I have the dress with me?
    Rental period is for 4 days starting from Thursday and return by Monday (assuming a Saturday wedding).
    When should I book my wedding dress?
    We strongly encourage brides to book as early as possible as long as the wedding date is known. Typically within 3 to 6 months prior to the event date to avoid your favourite design being unavailable by the time you are ready.
    Do you rent to brides outside Lagos
    We rent to all states within Nigeria. We DO NOT offer rental services to international brides.
    How do I know if the dress will be my size?
    The sizes are indicated for each dress. Please use the size chart as a guide to select your correct size when placing your order.
    How do I do fittings?
    You will be contacted by a bridal consultant to schedule a suitable fitting date. Should you be unable to visit the store for any reason, our in-house bridal consultant will ensure to alter the dress to your exact measurements.
    Can it be adjusted to my size
    What is a refundable deposit?
    There is a refundable caution fee of N20,000 which you are required to pay at checkout or prior to pick up of your package. This is against late returns or damage to the dress. This amount is fully refundable on return of ALL the items rented.
    What happens if I keep the dress longer than planned?
    A penalty fee of N5,000 per day applies after expected date of return.
    How do I return the dress?
    You can return the package in person or assign a delivery company to do this for you. Delivery charges are paid by the client.
    I have paid for my booking, what should I expect next?
    Thank you for choosing our booking service. A bridal consultant will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours to discuss your book and arrange a suitable fitting date where necessary.
    How soon can I get my dress after making payment?
    If you purchased a dress, your order will be ready within 6 weeks. For rentals, all orders are dispatched on Wednesday or Thursday.
